So aside from the fact that this case is the most attractive, light, non-bulky, sturdy case I've ever seen, the seller promptly shipped me a free second case when mine arrived with a tiny but very annoying defect (the chrome face had a tiny dot that was scraped off, right where the iPod screen lights up).
