I am not a professional photographer or even a serious amature photographer. I just like to shoot pictures, usually of my dog, or my husband or just a random thing sitting on the table. I thought I would be happy with a point and shoot camera, and I was for a long time. I really wanted to shoot with nice Bokeh (focus one 1 object while background is blurry) and I thought it would be so cool. I leared this lens is great for that and it is very fast and great for indoor photography, which is what I do most of the time. The lens does not disappoint and I love it. IT's small, light weight, and shoots sharp beautiful pictures. I have nothing to complain so far and I plan to buy an UV filter to protect it. For the price and the quality and the brand, you can't go wrong. I got mine from Bestbuy since amazon is out of stock when I was ready to buy in Jan.
