Although software is provided to help windows users, it was easy to connect my mac and copy photos into the frame's memory or an auxiliary memory card. Haven't yet figured out how to order display if I should want to. The automatic turn off if no lights nearby is a convenience - don't have to turn it on and off every day.
By resizing photos and using moderate compression, I'm finding tat the frame's memory holds lots of photos, probably about 40-50 so far and lots of space left. Haven't used the aux. card yet.
