I love this bag. I have a Canon T1i with a battery pack plus 3 lenses. I have the lens from the kit, which fits attached to the camera perfectly inside along with the battery pack attached. I also have a 100mm macro lens and a 85-250mm telephoto lens, they fit with room for a couple more lenses. I could probably fit a flash in the top pocket and there is a pocket in the front for stuff like lens wipes. I love the rain cover which stows inside the bottom of the bag out of sight until you need it. It makes carrying all my equipment easy and I love that I can reach everything in the bag through the easy access door when you pull it in front of you from your back.
